Frequently Asked Questions Regarding the Website
All passwords are case sensitive. When you receive your password, be sure to note if it is UPPER or lower case. You will have to login this exact same way. If you try to login unsuccessfully more than 3 times, your account will be locked. You must wait 15 minutes for it to unlock. If still not working after 15 minutes, please contact customer service at 1-800-328-8900. If you forget your password, you will have to click the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen to be sent a new temporary password. Once you receive the new password, log in using that. You will then be prompted to set a new password and log in using the new password.
As a security measure, web accounts that have been inactive for six months are deactivated. Web accounts are also deactivated if your customer account has been closed. For assistance with a deactivated account, please use our Request Login form. Please allow up to 24 business hours for a response.
To search for a product by OEM number, you must be logged in. In order to log in, you must be a current Northern customer and have requested a login. Once logged in, simply type in your OEM number in the search bar at the top of the screen. If we have recognized that OEM number, the product(s) will display. For further assistance, contact Customer Service. (To suggest a product you'd like Northern Radiator to offer, you may fill out our New Product Request Form.)
Our Locations page includes address and contact information for all of Northern Radiator's locations. (If you are looking for a product or part, please call first to ensure we have the item available at that location.) To navigate to the Locations page, click "About Us" at the top of the screen, then click "Locations" in the left navigation. You will now see a map of Northern’s locations. Below the map is a listing of all locations with contact information for each.
At the top of the screen, click on "About Us", and then choose "Sales Contact Information" at the left hand side of the screen. A map will appear showing our sales territories color coded. Below the map, you will find the contact information for the salesman in each of the colored territories. You can also contact Customer Service for help finding the sales rep for your area.
Once you have come to the checkout page and you are ready to send your order, click the Submit Order button. This transmits your order for processing and you will receive a confirmation number. You will also receive a confirmation email that your order was submitted. You can go to "My Account" at the top of the screen and then click on "Orders" at the left. Once you see an “Order #” filled in next to the Confirmation #, you know it is being processed.
