Freight Pre-Paid Program

Northern Radiator will pre-pay the freight on all orders that are in excess of $3,500 of net invoiced products to your owned and recognized locations. All freight carriers and logistics will be determined by Northern Radiator.

Orders of $3,500 or greater are considered stock replenishment orders. These orders are shipped from Northern’s primary distribution centers in Willmar, MN, Visalia, CA, Dallas, TX, or York, PA for all products with the exception of Northern’s High Performance Products. High Performance Products will be shipped from our Roseville, MN facility. Northern Radiator reserves the right to determine the primary distribution center from which an order may be shipped based on available inventory at the time the order is received.

All orders less than $3,500 are shipped FOB origin from a Northern distribution facility. All freight charges and related expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser. For multi-piece orders that do not meet the $3,500 freight pre-paid minimum, Northern reserves the right to determine the distribution center from which an order may be shipped based on available inventory at the time the order is received.

This freight program is based on products being shipped within the continental U.S., its ports of call or brokerage service providers. Orders of $3,500 or greater which are requested to be shipped outside the continental U.S., its ports of call or brokerage service will receive a 4% freight allowance as a freight expense off-set. Northern Radiator’s freight pre-paid program excludes custom-made radiator cores, radiator service equipment and any additional hazardous material transportation related fees.

National and Regional Parcel Delivery Companies and Carriers
Northern Radiator is the originating point for products shipped. As such, parcel carriers require Northern to be responsible for all aspects of the products' safety, packaging, tracking, and any potential liability while in their transit. To ensure this process, all parcel shipments must be shipped and billed under Northern Radiator’s corporate parcel accounts.

This policy goes into effect for orders received on or after July 1st, 2022 and will replace all prior Northern Radiator Freight Policies.
