Position Title: Warehouse Auditor
Who We Are:
Northern Radiator, a 100% EMPLOYEE-OWNED COMPANY,is currently seeking a Full Time Warehouse Auditor at our headquarters in Willmar, Minnesota. This full-time position is responsible for auditing orders in the warehouse to ensure the correct quantity and products are being shipped to the customer. The Warehouse Auditor completes internal audits to ensure accuracy in processes and information into company ERP system.
Hours are Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. No nights or Weekends!
Additional Duties:
- Audits orders to ensure that correct product has been pulled and shipping to correct location.
- Assist with the data entry of incoming product to ensure accurate quantities, pricing, invoicing reconciliation, and entry in company ERP system.
- Process invoices/ credit card payments in timely and accurate manner.
- Complete internal audits in company ERP system to ensure accuracy.
- Accurately complete data entry to input freight costs for incoming products.
- Work with multiple departments and company locations to provide assistance, answer questions, investigate and resolve inventory, shipment, or receiving discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Must have superior attention to detail, must be process driven, and organized.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Must be efficient and accurate in data entry.
- At least 4+ years of warehouse auditing and data entry experience. Accounting support experience preferred.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and interact well with others.
- Must have excellent written communication skills with the ability to correspond to others in writing in a clear and concise manner.
- Well-developed analytic and investigative problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and explain to others when errors occur, and what must be done to prevent it from happening again.
