Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
The Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) provides all employees the ability to become owners of our company and receive company stock without a cost to the employee. This generous retirement plan offers our employee owners the opportunity to generate wealth, just by being a member of our team!

401K Plan with Company Match

In addition to the ESOP benefits, Northern Radiator offers a 401K plan with up to a 4%  company match. Our plan offers employee owners both pre-tax and post-tax (Roth) options to plan for their retirement.

Medical Coverage

Northern Radiator offers medical insurance for all of our full-time employee owners that work 30 hours or more per week. We offer two different medical plans with excellent coverage. Northern Radiator pays over 80% of employee-only coverage cost.

Dental Coverage

Northern Radiator’s dental plan offers a range of dental care services. For those with little ones, there is no coverage limit on children 12 and under. 

Vision Coverage

Northern Radiator’s vision plan provides national coverage for corrective lenses, frames and contact lenses. There’s also a large discount for those interested Lasik or PRK corrective surgery.

Paid Time Off

Northern Radiator also offers Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays to all full time and part time employee owners. We also offer volunteer time off to help the communities we serve.

Disability Benefits
Northern Radiator provides both Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD) benefits to all eligible full time employee owners at no cost.

Life Insurance
Northern Radiator provides $50,000 basic Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage to all of our full-time employee owners. Employee owners may choose to purchase additional life insurance coverage for themselves and their family.

Employee Assistance Program
Northern Radiator provides a robust Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all employees and their family members at no cost. This free and confidential service provides 24/7 access to assist with what life can throw at you. Benefits include financial and legal assistance, emotional well-being, caregiving resources, as well as work career training and guidance.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
Northern Radiator offers both health care and dependent care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) to employee owners. These accounts allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible expenses. The dependent care FSA allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for daycare expenses.

Northern Radiator has an employee wellness committee that focuses on the 5 pillars of wellness: Career, Social, Financial, Physical and Community. Our Employee 360 Team engages with employees to provide support and information as well as fun events throughout the year!
