Northern Radiator Potential Delays in Transporation 

Amid the height of the busy summer season we want to share with you some challenges the entire transportation industry is facing, which can impact the lead time of your orders from Northern Radiator.  Through the course of this pandemic we are currently in, the transportation industry has faced some serious ups and downs.  While business across the country is picking up, many freight companies are short of staff to be able to bring their business back up to speed and handle the influx of product moving about.  In turn, we are seeing significant delays in scheduled pickups and deliveries.  What used to take a day or two could now be taking several days to a week.  I assure you that Northern Radiator is working diligently with our freight 3PL and doing everything in our power to get your orders out the door as soon as we can, but once it leaves our docks, we are at the mercy of the transportation company.

If you are in a rush for specific product, we ask that you please let us know at time of order and we will do our best to ensure it goes out on a carrier with guaranteed service.  While we can make that commitment to you, please understand that it is out of our hands and in the hands of the freight company to do their best to get it to you.  For your normal stocking orders, we would ask that you plan a few extra days or so in the transportation time for a bit as we make our way through this.
