Northern Radiator's COVID-19 Response

With global attention on the ever-changing COVID-19 pandemic, we want to inform you about Northern Radiator’s customer service commitment as well as address how we are taking extra precautions to minimize risks and infection in our locations.

Customer Service
While we are all concerned with this unprecedented situation, we want to assure you that we are committed to providing the same customer service that you have come to know and trust from Northern Radiator. With warehouse locations across the country and customer service staff scattered throughout as well, we feel we are prepared to get through these unchartered waters with minimal disruption. We will continue to monitor the situation as we move forward and communicate with you any changes or business disruptions that may arise. If you need to pick up product from one of our locations, please be assured we are doing what we can to make sure you and our staff remain safe and healthy. When you enter our buildings, you will notice that we have implemented areas that we are restricting any customer pickups to with signage and/or floor decals.  We appreciate you honoring this to help keep our employees safe as well. Our staff will assist in getting you the correct product and have you on your way.

Business Travel, Sales Calls, Workplace Visitors
Northern Radiator has reopened business travel for staff. Travel to our customers' locations is based upon each business' comfort level and policies in regard to allowing visitors. Our staff continues to be available via phone, email or webinar as needed. Visitors are allowed into our offices again but are asked to follow current CDC and/or local mask guidelines.

Cleaning and Disinfecting
Northern Radiator has always taken pride in the cleanliness of our locations and at this time we are implementing additional steps to clean often-touched surfaces and items with more frequency including door handles, writing utensils, keyboards, and more. Northern Radiator is following all recommendations and guidelines set forth by the CDC. We will do our part to ensure the health and safety of both our employees and our customers that may pick up at one of our locations.

Across the Company
Northern Radiator is following CDC guidelines. Please note that mask requirements or recommendations may vary based on local criteria and/or regulations, and that requirements by location may change based on current conditions. We recommend having a mask with you and available if you need to enter one of our locations.

While we make our way through these extraordinary times, we want to assure you that Northern Radiator will do what is necessary to keep supplying our loyal and supportive customers.
